The husband and I have always loved the wide range of colors of Nippon paint. When we were deciding on the colors for our house, we were obsessed (like Single White Female obsessed) with super neutrals (thanks, Martha Stewart) and Nippon was the only brand who had all the beautiful shades we were looking for. In fact, here's a photo circa 2013 of us selecting Nippon colors for our house while we were on a weekend getaway:
I know, I know. Totally not cheesy at all. Hahaha.
So anyhoot, when the creatives asked me if I wanted to have a day of projects with Nippon's range of paint, it was seriously a no-brainer.
I got to paint with this beautiful, warm, bright Marsh Marigold...
(It's a beaut, this color. This wall was stamped with little bicycles later on.)
And, being a big How I Met Your Mother fan, I've always been attracted to this chest of drawers in 'The Apartment' that was shared by Ted, Marshall and Lily, and at point Robin too. Check out the colorful one on the far right, behind Marshall and Lily:

Awww, remember the time when Robin had that handsome boyfriend in the picture? Nupe, neither do I. Lol. He wasn't memorable. hehehhe. Me evil.
So since I love that colorful HIMYM chest of drawers so much, I CIY-ed an inspired one:
Btw, Nippon's Pylox is the best spray paint I've used. It adheres to plastic well, this is good stuff. An old chair was given a makeover with Pylox too.
Ok, I shan't waste more of your time, watch the whole CIY video here, thanks to Nippon:
Hope you like it!
